CORRIGENDA

New Delhi, the 12th August, 2004

G.S.R. 520(E).—In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment and Forests Number G.S.R. 448(E) dated the 12th July, 2004, published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) dated the 12th July, 2004, at page 2 and 3, in the Table, in the Explanation,—

(i) for “This extension”, read “This extension for engines upto 19 kW”;

(ii) at the end of clause (I), add “or”.
