Prevention of Food Adulteration (4th Amendment) Rules, 2005

G.S.R.706(E).--In the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Department of Health) No. GSR 356(E) dated 7-6-2005, [Prevention of Food Adulteration (4th Amendment), Rules, 2005] published in Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) at pages 1 to 77 of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary,--

At page 44,--

for Rule 1(2), the following shall be substituted, namely,--

"(2) They shall come into force after nine months from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette."
